The strength of Hotel Grotto Bagat is the combination of the talents of two young entrepreneurs who began their exciting adventure in the catering industry together in 2014. She is very concentrated on the present, concrete and pragmatic; he is instead quite focused on the future, a visionary and a dreamer.
After opening their first small restaurant with only two employees and doubling their work year after year, they began hiring more employees and reaching an ever-increasing number of customers attracted by their energy and vitality.
The story of the restaurant and Hotel Grotto Bagat began in 2019. In only a few months, it opened its doors facing the panorama of Lake Lugano and became a benchmark for the quality and excellence of its cuisine, between tradition and innovation.
